Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
Together with the Head of IT you are responsible for a smooth operation of the IT
infrastructure, which includes Windows Office Environment, Sugar CRM database and Typo3
Web solutions. You are the first contact point for all questions concerning IT. You will
supervise our daily operations, dispatch issues to the appropriate partner(s) and make sure
IT solutions are implemented and documented in due time and to the highest quality. You
will help to assure and improve the quality of our webpages and our Customer Relationship
Database. Furthermore you are covering for the maternity leave of our webmaster for the
first half of the year 2016. This includes, besides trainings and first level support to
members of the Network also the administrative content management of our
webpage as well as the management of the network intranet.

Your profile:
- you have strong analytical skills and are motivated to assure the operation of a costefficient and quality-oriented IT infrastructure
- you organise your work reliably and efficiently, you are service-oriented, have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- you have advanced knowledge of Windows environments and you are also familiar with open source applications (LAMP)
- You have very good skills in administering Webpages
- you speak German or French and have very good English skills
- you are Swiss or you have a B or C working permit
- previous experience with IT operation is a plus
