Tätigkeit
Develop, review, and report on Enterprise Solutions strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by all stakeholders
Go-to-market strategy with focus on value proposition (customer insights)
Develop, review and implement solutions and Enterprise Software portfolio in cooperation with Sales, Technology Centers, Enterprise Software Development team and other external and internal partners
Enterprise Software program management (Go-to-Market, Product Developments, New Product Introductions, Business Plan)
Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s vision and strategy
Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability and shareholder returns
Liaise with executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans
In this position you are responsible for driving the Enterprise solutions that contribute to realize the expected growth for EMEA.

Ausbildung/Erfahrung
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Pharmacy
Business Fluent in written and oral English and German
Profound experience in hospital medication management
Strong Strategic skills
Proven experience in business development/market success
Professional presentation skills
Excellent communication skill
Proficient use of MS Office Tools
