Tätigkeit
You are part of a multidisciplinary team that develops new ideas, production equipment and processes for the worldwide machine pard
You are part of the Innovation Team which assesses new technologies, processes and equipment for efficient, robust and state of the art production processes at our sites
You have fun evaluating ideas economically and technically and discuss them with different stakeholders
You work according to our innovation and development process and our regulations (e.g. GMP)
You search for technical trends on the related technical markets, assess their potential and support the global innovation platform with your knowledge
You continuously improve internal processes and methods in your area of responsibility
Travelling to global production sites and suppliers can be up to 10%

Profil
University degree in engineering or equivalent education with mechanical or mechatronic basic knowledge.
Knowledge of glass and polymer processing of advantage
5+ years of professional experience in the development or automation of new manufacturing processes or equipment.
Structured way of working, conceptual and interdisciplinary thinking
Strong social skills
Good command of German and English language
Knowledge in the application of agile methods and systematic problem solving (SixSigma, Scrum)
Experience with MS Office, MS Project and CAx programs of advantage
Knowledge in GMP documentation of advantage
