Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
Experienced Scrum Masters ideally who also have SAFe Release Train experience. This team is responsible for leading projects that span customer experience, workforce experience and business improvement; working with clients to define and deliver solutions that digitally engage our client’s customers in new ways.

The roles can be at Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant levels. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience and skills from working upon solutions that have a have a strong digital content in a scrum master capacity from the initial planning of a scrum based project through to its successful completion. Please note that these roles are to delivery projects with a strong technology component so appreciation and experience of the latest software development techniques e.g. dev/ops is required.

Profil
Good quality Bachelor or Master’s degree
At least 5 years of experience of leading medium to large sized projects as scrum master using Agile techniques
Certified in one or more agile methodologies
Experience and certification in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) desirable, but not mandatory
Internationally mobile and willing to work away from home on a regular basis
Fluent in English and ideally another European language especially German, Spanish or French
Location: Flexible, likely to be close to a European city with an international airport.
They must have excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills
Good documentation, risk management, commercial and financial management skills
Strong appreciation of the latest open source technologies and custom software development techniques
Able to support sales with proposal development and sales presentations
