Tätigkeit
Has an understanding how to leverage consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing journey through multiple communication channels.
Has a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
Consults and supports the businesss day-to-day customer relations work , their refinement, segmentation, personalization, and integration of product recommendation platforms. -- Manages and coordinates with external partners and vendors.
plays an active role in the continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimization in order to maximize consumers lifetime value.
Structures CRM activities with a view of maximizing KPI improvement, ROI, and business impact.
Plays a leading role in decisions on the CRM platform, structures, and architecture in order to guarantee that consumer relations are carried out seamlessly across the business.

Profil
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Previous experience with Salesforce
Experience in the operation and development of a CRM system
Experience in Marketing (-Automation) and implementation of automation-journeys
Good project management skills
Agile and independent work
Analytical mindset
Process-focused and able to handle multiple responsibilities and deliverables
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very good understanding of overall business relationships and experience in dealing with complex data structures
Open personality with a high degree of initiative, creativity, teamwork and a customer-centric thinking.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English; ideally knowledge of German and French
