Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
You design a target enterprise solution architecture that is aligned with our business strategy and the overall IT strategy and technology. You define the IT enterprise solution architecture with emphasis on reuse, scalability, performance and for a global rollout. The flexibility and easiness of integration is the cornerstone for our success. You provide leadership and oversight over the IT enterprise solution architecture activities in the areas of data quality and its consistency (data reconciliation), data governance and risk and security standards. Furthermore you act as an advocate for IT enterprise architecture strategies and alignment with business strategic imperatives.

You work closely with the application development and IT Operations team as well as with the business application- and process owners and define sound technical solutions for business initiatives. The establishment of enterprise principles and standards will improve efficiencies and lead to operational excellence.

Profil
We are looking for a highly motivated professional who is willing to go the extra mile. You hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. You have at least 10 years of experience in design of IT enterprise architecture solutions preferably in the insurance industry. You are able to apply solution designs and methodologies to large and complex multi-tier applications, have deep knowledge of data integration and supporting technologies, knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture design as well as web technologies. Furthermore you have a sound understanding of data analytics (incl. DWH, Data-Lack), Information-Management as well as cloud architecture and its interdependencies (complex hybrid).

We expect strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset and an innovative personality. You have very good interpersonal skills and are able to communicate successfully and adequately with audiences at varying technical and business levels in German and English. You have a service oriented mentality and a good sense of humour.
